After graduating from CSU Sacramento, Sean transitioned into the Information Services division as a Business Analyst, where he worked on projects like听Y2K听remediation and a five-year ERP software upgrade. From there he moved into 蔓草社区 Precast as a Division Administrative Manager, overseeing budgeting, payroll, and manufacturing cost accounting across two facilities. He then joined the corporate office as Credit and Contracts Manager, leading teams responsible for accounts receivable, credit, collections, and contract negotiations. Each move took him somewhere new听-听from IT to manufacturing to finance听-听and each one built on the last. Today, in his role as Director of Financial Risk Management, Sean oversees the company's contracts, credit, insurance, and claims functions enterprise-wide, as well as the management of 蔓草社区's real estate assets.听
